I’d advice to keep the X3M there’s a lot of people like myself that would look forward to the build. I’m in the same boat as you I’m undecided on which one to choose. I just got rid of my F80

I got an 22 x4m comp and a 24 m3. Keep the x3m. Run up ur yt content, make shorts. Get a bigger following and buy a used g80 later on..

Keep the x3m. Pay some bills. Build, race, show the x3m most of the 25 season and grab something else at the end of the year.

Love the content and your honesty, we're the same age and Im kinda going through the same thing though I have not purchased anything yet, I really want an F80 but I just can't justify it yet, that being a super clean F80 and not something clapped. Excited for more content.

I had a 21 G80 m3 RWD sold it and got an X4M and after about 2 months I missed being in a g80 so I got a x drive m3 along side with x4M ! Amazing combo

I love my G80, but man if I was in your position I dont think I would do it. Your car is similar enough that justifying an extra $1000 a month does not seem worth it.

I’ll say trust the process your time will come ..just keep doing your thing my opinion build the channel and make it to where it pays for your car even if it takes you months or a year .

Don’t take on more debt, it’s not worth it. We’ll still support the channel we love the car. You mentioned getting a truck or a drift car. Get something cash within budget of course and build it up as you gain more engagement, views, and money. Keep the X3 to have the channel pay for it, then explore other things.

I own a G80 and F98, both are great cars but if I had to pick one it would be the G80. In your case like you said being $10k under and more than doubling your payment doesn’t make sense. Keep making content with the X3m and save up a good down payment for a used M3

Keep it!! Yes the G80 is an awesome car, I wouldn’t mind having one either, but as an X3M owner, I would argue that it’s close enough, and more practical at the same time. You can always hunt down a G80 once they depreciate a bit. That being said, it doesn’t seem financially sound to trade in your X3M at such a loss and take on such a burden. I wouldn’t mind having keep it and explore other options that interest you and build your channel. The G80 will come in time. Be patient.

Not gonna lie if getting the g80 is already tough then modding it will be very slow and unentertaining, At the end of the day the main content will be modding it so I would get something you can afford to mod and hold off

Tough call, I'm awaiting last series M5's Comps to hit about the 60's then I'll jump. Contemplating the X5M though. My 22x3mc is fully decked out with only 30k miles so the decision is hard! Recent leak of the new 2026/27 M3 is that its all electric. Its in camo being tested right now. the 7th gen might be gas hybrid, we shall see...

Bro, as a X3M owner also that's a tough call. For you and the channel it would be awesome. But being under 10k hurts. Build this channel more and soon you will have everything you want we will be here to support you bro. I love our cars and it does everything I want and need it to. It still puts a smile on my face every time I get in it. That's alot of stress and you still young and have time to get later this year and not be under so much.
