​@@gerardreviews Yeah they have a bar next to the university area, and a couple of shops usually carry a few different cans but if you can i would 100% try to make it to the bar.

Literally only ever found it in my local cornershop in bottles (and even then it's out of stock most of the time) or on tap at the Royal Albert Hall in London (went to see Cirque Du Soleil).

@@gerardreviews Last year I was first time in Scotland. Walking the West Highland Way and then a few days in Glasgow. There I first saw this beer. It is a very common beer there, a pity we cannot get it in Poland and Germany.

@@gerardreviews Indeed. I was able to try several Scottish beers. Old Jock is decent, but I have to say, the winner among Scotch Ales was for me the one from Black Isle.

Beers Of Europe were selling them. I remember I got some from Germany a few years back and loved it (that and Veltins). Still nice to this day.

It's not a grey room. It's Dulux Moon Shimmer at the top, a white wall beading in the middle and then Crown New Chapter underneath. No grey at all. Also the weather was sunny with slight showers that day so it wasn't grey at all either. Be more observant.

Yeah what's worse it's the UK brewed (aka: inferior) version of Kronenbourg too.

Play offs will be underway soon and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't excited for them (Saints finally coming good, Wire looking good, Wigan obviously defending their title well, KR smashing it etc). Yep, I really need to go back to the old emerald isle. If I can do a Six Nations game at the Aviva and an All Ireland Final next year I'll be a happy man lol.

It really should be. I did buy a few Scottish beers from an Asda in Leith like last year or something. Don't remember seeing this though. Hope it catches on, it's too good not to.

@@gerardreviews It would make a refreshing change in Scotland, where in the majority of pubs, it's a three-way choice between 1) Lager, 2) Export (aka light brown lager) and 3) Heavy (aka dark brown lager) Yes, you can tell I spent some time working in Scotland in the past, and that I wasn't at all impressed by the variety of beers available; though admittedly, things might just have changed for the better these days, (though my repeated visits to various Beer Festivals throughout England over the years, where we're often presented with 'the best Scotland has to offer,' would suggest otherwise!)

@@DaveBartlett Yeah I know the feeling. Been to a few pubs on my odd trips to Edinburgh. Best pint I had there was a pint of Irn Bru on tap (it was either the Grayfriars Bobby pub or somewhere near it). Went to a quaint little pub in Leith and thought "is that it?" when I got to the bar. Basically just standard social club fare with some Tennants on tap.

Well I was going to watch the European Rugby Cup final in Spurs ground later on and needed to kill a few hours. So I thought, why not visit the team that hates them first to build an atmos? Great tour like. Would recommend.
