Soft pity means you get a five star in your 70-80th wish,hard pity means you get a five star in your 90th wish,you can check it out on history and count the amount of times you've wished,the pity also resets everytime you get a 5 star

Usually it takes around 70-90 pulls to get a five star But u might get it in 10-40 pulls

@@letus878 whenever u get a 5 star in a ten pull u have a 50 percent chance to get the character in the banner, and a 50 percent chance to get qiqi,jean,diluc,tighnari and other five stars (that weren't previously in banners)

@@cosmicxs77not quite every ten pull, it just means that when you get a 5 star at all there is a 50/50 chance the 5 star character will be the limited time one. If you end up getting a character that was not the limited time one, then the next 5 star character is guaranteed to be the limited time one. This also works for if you want to guarantee your next limited character on the next banners.

@@17ScionFlames no, thats his/her name. You will understand a bit better with the new war quest (in case you didnt do it yet) but he is one of the main villains of the game. While he is trapped in the Void, he is the main source of power of the Tenno and the Void. The more powerful you get the more he appears, meaning that the longer you go in story the more he will show up in quests. Im not really updated in lore but i think thats it. The reason why he is called the man in the wall is because of his true form that you can see in the new war quest.
