This game and Blood Omen are the only LoK games that I still fire up every once in a while.

Well first off I feel like canonically Daud would clearly have a Ghost run but that doesn't make for a good edit so if Daud wasn't doing a Ghost run this is how it would play out at least to me... Slicing his way through gang members is a no brainer, they are all horrible people and Daud is doing Dunwall a favor, The Overseers are pretty messed up folk and the guard for the most part are corrupt scum so i didn't really feel like Daud would in anyway make extra effort to spare them especially when I don't really think he is trying to change as a person just pay back a debt to Dunwall by saving Emily... The way i wanted to edit to look is that Daud rips through Dunwall 1 last time to save Emily and pay back the debt thats eating him up, He knows he's no good guy and doesn't bother acting as such, he simply works through anyone who gets in his way and takes out targets as he needs to while still avoiding civilian casualties (While I don't believe Daud is above killing a Civilian target however I do believe he'd make an effort not to murder random innocents that aren't part of his job) I also see no logical reason Daud would execute an elaborate scheme to trap Delilah rather than just kill her outright as she's clearly a twisted tyrant that wants to overthrow Dunwall... And after typing out this entire comment I've just realized that the ending shown in my video is the high chaos ending... And after watching both endings [Minus Corvo killing/sparing Daud] The high chaos ending is much better IMO, Daud makes his choices and accepts what comes next which canonically Leads Corvo sparing Daud to live with his choices... But yeah there's my 2 cents on the matter, Really wish we could have gotten a Daud Prequal game

@@xproflipscarab You make some good points and yeah, A lot of people don't like how you basically have to be a good person to bad people whenever you want the good ending, which is often the canonical one. The story makes sense from a story perspective, Corvo cannot just start murdering left and right, and expect people to see him as a hero or someone trying to reclaim their honor, but it's horrible from a gameplay perspective because it literally means most of your arsenal and kit is pretty useless. Yes they made the low chaos punishments satisfying as fuck and perhaps even worse than death to compensate, but I do agree that Daud would possibly just kill them anyway. He was brought up to be an assassin, and that's what they do, he only really had issue with it when he murdered the empress and realized it's horrible effect. Normally he'd just kill someone, get paid, then have to get paid to kill his previous customer sometime down the line. He never had to deal with consequences, he was an impartial force like the wind and such. But when the empress died, the plague spread like wildfire because the Lord Regent didn't care to save anyone without a checking account, people were even being shoved into walls of light for fun by the guards, and Daud realized that the only person who truly cared in power was the same woman he murdered in front of her daughter and kidnapped their offspring, leaving their bodyguard to take the wrap for it. Later this guilt is transferred to fear because it's later revealed to Daud that Corvo is alive, and the more evil Corvo behaves with his sword, the more he starts to panic and finds death coming. He knows his assassins cannot stop Corvo at full potential, and to minimize losses, he even pulled some out of the way when Corvo was coming in that mission, constantly telling them to "Leave us, I have to do this" despite them wanting to genuinely protect their master, their surrogate father for a lot of them. The change idea in low chaos shows he is trying to not be the assassin that murdered an empress anymore, but rather his own person and not have to fear whatever consequences Corvo gives to him because he will have died as himself, not the vengeful and hateful murderer that he made Corvo become. In High Chaos, he hasn't changed at all. He's still an assassin, he's still a murderer, and whilst he regrets the murder of the empress and helps her daughter, he would not have done so without that hint from the outsider, and the constant threat the witches provided to him. They KNEW him, and that was dangerous to a legendary hidden assassin like him. When Corvo finally arrives, he gives up, and just hands his life over to him because he has no other choice. He knows he's going to die, and he sadly accepts that completely. In Low Chaos, he has changed for the better, and he genuinely cares for his flock and clan. He recognizes that the witches are a problem of his sooner, since Billie is spared and showed that if Delilah can manipulate the most loyal of his followers, then none of them are safe. He has to deal with her, and in the process, make up for the horrible deed that he did. In this version, he would gladly give all the coin back to undo it, he'd do anything, even allow Corvo to get his kill. That's the difference between them. High Chaos Daud gives up, Low Chaos Daud finds acceptance and peace with who he is. Cannonically, yes, it just would've been a ghost run either way, and I understand the need for high chaos gameplay.

Look up cheat tables from a website called fearless revolution, They are files that run with cheat engine [Basically a trainer before they are built into exe's] trainers are consistently unreliable and dicey downloads at times... Games with lots of updates post launch can be particularly annoying to find the right tables / trainers for Pretty sure i used a table from [ fearlessrevolution .com /viewtopic.php?t=1528 ] Look up WEmod too its a windows client app that hosts a load of trainers [they keep some features behind a paywall but at the end of the day if thats what funds the app having all those trainers in the same place with 0 risks is worth it]

It's dreamcast version of the game ,way better than ps1 and pc
