Advice for the future for you and anyone reading this, do not let your knees hit the ground when doing lunges, especially with weight. Hitting it against the ground with a weight or even a slight tap can ruin your knees. Great workout though!

That was awful. Try using some legs. Im 17 and I know better than that.
The exercise that I always felt faster after doing is heavy and fast Box Squat for example the faster I ever felt was when I could squat 405 for 3 like I was doing Dynamic Speed Squats. My other suggestions are doing Glute Ham Raise and Poor Man Glute Ham Raises, Heavy 45 Degree Back Extentions w/ plate behind the head, Last would be Kettlebell swings and box jumps
I would start with 2 sets of 6-8 each leg and work into doing higher volume ( 3 sets of 6-12 reps) in the weeks to come with any supplemental exercise
How many sets of reps do you recommend and what weight do you recommend for beginners.
i need to get faster for football nothing has worked yet for me. If you could let me know some exercises that should be helpful. I'd appreciate it.

Yea I play football @ the University of Montana as a walk-on, I read on ELite-FTS about these so I gave them a try, I haven't put up any videos in a while just because of football but I will start taking some videos of some new shit here soon

@AndthenIwasaBear87 Yea its definitely worth the money, this belt makes you push out and brace, my core was sore and all i did was 6-7 sets of box squats and then left. I like the belt a lot it has a bunch of holes to set the lever wherever you want.
I assume that this was a max effort. Great job, however, please be careful with the hitching. Also, drop your hips abit at the start, and it will go up a bit smoother. The great thing is that you did not "yank" the bar up at the beginning, because I notice alot of people doing that, not knowing that it is a biceps tear waiting to happen. 500 is alot of weight, so keep on , and 600 will be yours soon!!

It is a lot harder than you would think when you take breaks on the pull-ups after you do a couple reps the lactic acid builds quick
