More rapid than eagles his coursers they came. He whistled, and he shouted, and he called them by name: "Now, Dasher! now, Dancer! Now Prancer and Vixen! On, Comet! on, Cupid! On, Donner on Blitzen! To the top of the porch! Top of the wall! Dash away! dash away all! Dash all!" (T'was the night before Christmas) "Dash all!" (T'was the night before Christmas) Dry leaves flew by when the hurricanes fly, They meet right up and mount to the sky. Up to the housetop reindeer flew With the sleigh full of toys, St. Nicholas too. Then, in a twinkling, I heard on the roof The prancing and pawing of each little hoof.
