What angle should the backfoot be to minimize the risk of tearing the meniscus and the cruciate ligament? Is 90 degree better than 45 or 70 or etc.?
Might be too late to the party but for some of these why not just do the same dropping motion straight into a level changed position and cut out the middle man?
