cpu reaching just 5% there is a problem.
This isn't even a GPU issue, the game is straight up horrible at optimization.
@@simecrafter7230 yep with better optimization it would be a decent racing game.
Tip: this game has a hard time loading it's resources without an ssd. I assume you have an ssd which is partitioned as Local Disk (C://), Move the game to C drive and you'll get a drastically improved performance. I get more fps even with an amd rx550 which is a low tdp entry level graphics card.
