    Hello, I saw your UA-cam channel very nice video on your channel, I really enjoyed it. The videos you create for your UA-cam channel are very important to growing your business. I noticed one thing: according to your channel, your channel videos are not viewed and subscribed. You need to optimise your channel and do video SEO to reach your target audience. Otherwise, if you upload videos to your channel throughout the year, none of your videos will get viral views. If your channel is optimised a little and if the videos are SEO then your channel will rank very fast and your channel will grow.

    Martin, again thanks for sharing and congratulations on taking on this challenge. I ponder, 1. Delivering business value and 2. ROI. 1. What initiatives will WBBA put in place to understand its members view of what will be needed for these members to create business value?, or even help your members define what will create business value? Reason for this question is that similar organisations, vendors and consulting companies put the focus on how to deliver value, which by and large is an outcome of their own view of their customers' need to create value, when multiplied with a huge amount of assumptions the scenaria has proven highly speculative and the risk reward very un-favourable. 2. ROI, in the current world where macro is a greater force than micro and tomorrow's price of "the product money" is unknown, and limited insight and understanding of a members accounting principles (varies from member to member) how will WBBA;s ROI engagement be made possible? I am asking this, because if WBBA addresses hese well, the upside can be very compelling.
