Another insightful and core teaching. In my view, my life was dramatically altered when I met Christ through a revelation by the Holy Spirit my goal most of the time was and is to hear His voice and follow it. I have failed of course because my past was filled with failures that my imagination kept tempting me to idolize the past and project it into my future. Part of God’s mercy has been the many ways I stumbled weakly into impossible situations that were resolved only by the supernatural actions of the Spirit reminding me that as long as I am with him I am in the heavenly places promised in Revelation. We do not need to die physically to enjoy the promises of living waters.

At 54.06.... you gave me an answer I was seeking about being judgmental and knowing when I was being judgmental.... If I am seeking to feel superior and not walking a path of humility I will judge thinking some one is less than me... NOT what can I do to help this person to have less anxiety in their life. Very moving! I have such great appreciation for coming to this church and when i cant make it, listening to Southbrook 's services as much as I can for the last maybe three years. I never thought the first time I walked into the doors that i would be at all moves or find it my time in life to be hooking up with Christ. I particularly just made it that Sunday, so my kids could attend as they have curiously wanted to, due to their friends who come here as well. It would be my first time feeling ready more than ever as i truly was not seeking anything to say I was ready might be a bit exaggerated but leaving that firs day, I was then ready to embark on this journey leading me into faith. I have no religious background growing up but im telling you the way Sunday morning s hit me every week, I could swear I was being stalked by Charlie himself and yet he doesn't quite know me to know how personal it gets, when he speaks about the topic of the week it is every single abit always about me not just about my battles im overcoming during that time phase but it gets extremely personal that I could swear the week leading up to Sundays is so fine tuned to the previous week with my drama that carries me on, it gets so well disected to exactly what it is im experiencing in that week that it first does kind of weird me out but not in a bad way more so in a spiritual more grateful way, but it gives me validation and understanding to why I am going through what I am it gives me a sense of worth and teaches me that it's okay and I can never thank you enough because coming to church on Sundays has only given me a love I've never known, one that was needed, and one that shines so bright on my darkest days, and I would have never felt like I would have obtained such a relationship as this, had I not made my initial visit on whatever random Sunday that was it hooked me in and now I'm hooked and I'm very thankful for the relationship I found I enjoyed particularly this last week's service it was so well explained and so well understood and answered many questions I'm sure to those who ask and may hold doubt , I really like the way Austin approached this topic, as I'm more so a spiritual one with my faith, as it has grown not through the knowledge so much alone but so more from the things I've witnessed. However, I will say this last week's lesson is by far one of the greatest from the few years ive been attending, I feel fortunate that Austin explained it so well and I can't express how much I am grateful for all that I have received upon coming here these past few years. But I wanted to say how outstanding this one was, so I decided to write this review!

Excellent message! The “religion is dangerous” theme relates to the 2018 SouthBrook service “Jesus the Ultimate Competitor” and how Jesus is dangerous in the most holy way… dangerous for good.

All to His Glory, its supposed to be difficult, it was difficult for Jesus but as we walk with Him in Faith as Alex says, that is where Joy enters, not happiness, Joy, just a fantastic video. Its the same for even an Old Guy like me, been struggling with my art for years.

It is important to note that Saul's apostasy and the departing of God's Spirit from Saul happened before God allowed the evil spirit to be sent to Saul. That is not something that would ever happen to a Christian, because God's Spirit won't depart from us, at least as long as we are still responsive to the Spirit, and even after that, as long as the Spirit's testimony about Jesus remains in us. But we should seek to always be responsive to the Holy Spirit.

A tremendous focus on salvation as the answer to all the conflict and turmoil of life. Wars and rumors of war will never cease but we can have peace inside by asking Jesus to till us with the Holy Spirit.
