The top (windshield demister) and the top ones on the side vents ‘should’ come on all together since they should be on the same duct. The top ones on the sides are to demist your side windows. Maybe the new vent control is buggered if you didn’t get the same issue before changing it? If it’s not that, all I can suggest is to check the vacuum connections throughout, including in the engine bay, in case there’s one loose. I’m sure there’s someone out there with more specific experience with the TJ HVAC controls, hopefully you get the right advice.

I have had mine for decades. May I recommend roll bar pads. I hit my head hard, around 2009. The concussion I got kept me out of work for nearly two weeks. They pads are cheap and look okay, also.

Gorgeous TJ! My 1999 is an "Ohio Jeep" so the rust is a continuous battle. Even so, it's a great ride. Have fun with yours!

That's a really nice TJ. I ran eight Rock light LED'S pods on my 2000 TJ. I ran the wiring through the inside of the frame. Its really easy to do. You get about 16ft of 1/4 inch plastic water line tubing, water supply line. Your from Arizona you might be familiar with that water line, it's the water supply line we use on our swap coolers here in the Southwest. Well you just tape your wiring to the line and push the line through the frame the line is sturdy and flexible enough. There are openings in front, middle and backend of the frame. There is no blockage inside the frame to prevent the line to go through. I ran 8 LED ROCK Lights pods, one in front, one in the middle and one in the rear on each side of frame. One front center and one rear center. I mounted my lights to the frame not the wheel wells. The purpose of your rock lights is to light your tire placement while Rock crawling. Just my 2 cents. It's really easy to do and very clean, no exposed wires. My Rock lights pods are a different style, I was able to mount them with 3/8 self taping screws. Here's a small slide show of my TJ. Hate to bust your bubble, but find a different mounting route on the drivers side. When you mount electrical wire you don't mount them on the fuel lines or fuel hose. You can run a small garden hose the length that ya need and run the wire thought it. You do this just in case electrical short "FIRE". When you look at your Jeep, the manufacture does not put elect. wire on that side. Safety buddy! Enjoying watching your Jeep build. I have 04 Jeep TJ and I do plan to do what you are doing. Enjoy the trail! One last thing, Harbor Freight sell rubber grommets to protect the wire when you route thought your fenders.
