@@Travellingworld456 the staff doesn’t care to serve you no matter how well you tip them. It’s really bad. I have been there 3 times and it the same every time. Everyone else is wonderful especially the front desk.

estuve ahi el año pasado , no se si han mejorado su servicio ? pero a mi criterio , hotel antiguo falta renovacion, la hija del dueño es hamable, y quiere hayudar a los clientes, la señora que trabaja en el bar es muy buena gente ,humilde y amigable, las haitianas que hacen el aseo ,UN DISPARATE, asi es se lo dejo al buen entendedor pocas palabras.
