How to make thai-Style pork chops

Thai-style pork chops
Ingredients
6 boneless pork chops
1& 1/2 red pepper ( deseeded & cut into strips )
2 spring onions ( chopped )
2 cloves garlic ( crushed )
62g /1/4 cups of smooth peanut butter
30g /1/2 cups of roasted peanut ( chopped )
110ml / 1/2 cup of teriyaki sauce
1-2 tbsps crushed red pepper flashing
2 tbsps rice vinegar
Method
1. Lightly grease the slow cooker. Place the pork chops and red pepper inside the slow cooker , arranging the chops in one layer
2. Place the red pepper flakes, garlic, vinegar, and teriyaki sauce in a small bowl and mix together. Pour over the pork chop in the slow cooker.
3. Cover and cook on a low setting for 8-9 hours, until tender l. Carefully remove the pork from the slow cooker and set aside, keeping it warm.
4. Add the peanut butter to the sauce in the slow cooker, whisking it in until smooth. Return the pork to the slow cooker, cover, and cook for further 10-15 minutes.
5. Serve the chops on individual serving dishes, with sauce poured over the top.
6. Garnish with clothes chopped spring onions and chopped roasted peanut. Serve immediately
