Really pretty!! Westman Atelier is one of my favorite brands! I agree, a 6 mth shelf life is so so short. I almost ordered those the day they launched but I've had restraint but I may have too. What I like is they stack and they are SO travel friendly. I have that gold holiday stack and really love it. Thank you for doing these in natural light.

Hi Isabel! Thank you for featuring this new eye pod collection. The shades are pretty - and it’s clean makeup - but the creasing is off-putting. I am starting to think that refills are unlikely as the brand is up for sale. Which means that profitability will trump quality and creativity - remember how good Chantecaille, Charlotte Tilbury, Pat Mcgrath and Tom Ford used to be?
@@jocelynel-fab5214 yes, agreed this product has always creased which is why it is such a controversial one. I didn’t realize Gucci was selling her brand, what a shame. I guess get your favorites while they are still good 💚
I agree with you completely about the refills, l really want a refill for my powder, and she promised us these from the very beginning of the launch of her brand. I think it is really disrespectful to dishonour her customers in this matter and to make us keep buying the full set again and again. Thanks for the video.😊❤

ya, you would think the matte shades would have the matte exterior too - a missed opportunity there lol

@@anafeller4069 I have not broken the seal yet since I got them late last night in the mail. I will do a video testing then this weekend. The eye pods cannot be compared to the Merit solo shadows at all. The Merit ones will last all day and not budge, these move around and give you a natural done undone look. I personally prefer the Merit because I have long work days, but I love my eye pods when I have an easy day and i won’t be wearing makeup for long hours
@@isabelhoyos9581 I can't wait for your review. I like casual, minimal looks, and my makeup doesn't have to stay on all day. It is very important that it is not irritating because I have very sensitive skin and eyes and eczema. I watched one other review on these new eye pods, and the reviewer said it is a different formula. I'm curious to see your demo and opinion. 🤗

Oh I LOVE mine! I bought two during the sale. A red and an olive. I sized down one but I think it's going to be perfect for cold Winter days/nights but still be comfy and put together. I'm short also, but mine isn't this big on me.

My lining looks like plastic though. Will the interior last long?
@@debbieh9009 Hi 👋🏼 I’m not familiar with the crossbody bags as I am new to the brand. I only own this bag and the small top handle one. The lining of mine feels like plastic as well although I’m sure a nylon of some sort and it wipes clean easily as well. I’m not sure if the interior is durable or not because I’ve only had my bad for 6 months. Time will tell and I will definitely update you guys.

Great review as always. Is it true this pencil has only 0.02 grams? I currently use VB Baby Blade, which, at 0.08 grams, I find an extremely little. This would make the Merit one almost three times smaller. I also have WA in Bark but it's a little too dark for my brows and the thickness of the pencil makes it awkward to use. I have sparse brows. Both WA and VB are very expensive, so I've been on the lookout for an equally good but cheaper alternative. Unfortunately, Merit STILL doesn't ship to Europe, so even if I wanted to try it out, sadly, I can't.
@@anafeller4069 yes the Merit one is 0.02g. Have you tried kosas brow pencil? It’s not as thin but it is nice as well
@@isabelhoyos9581, you know, I haven't tried the Kosas pencil. I tried some of their other stuff long ago, and I just didn't care for it. But I might give this pencil a try. Thanks!

I’m so excited cause I love a good neutral matte eye look and these new eye pods in toujours are the first matte eye shadows in her line so that makes it extra exciting. I can’t wait for your review on them 😉 I wanna see proper swatches and all that jazz. Anyway, I was just watching this video cause the colour in the powder blush in this set looks quite a bit different from her baby cheeks cream blush in Petal even though both are supposed to be the same. @@Felixis0 I think the cream is better than the oil because you have to worry about it staining your clothes. I have never tried the deo spray, but the body mist is fabulous. I use the mist on my hair. Hope this helps 💚
