What you show in your video is that same as the town I live in and that I see when I work in other areas. These once busy town centres are now dead. I think it's a combination of people not having the money and a change in consumer spending (online shopping). I also begrudge paying £6 for parking for 2 hours in my city centre so I don't go in. It's just charity, vape and coffee shops now.

Never go down there anymore ,its a dump full of foreigners and drop out plus crap shopping

Gosh! this has to be early morning though, right? I remember Broadmead back in the 80's which was the place to go shopping on Saturday's in Bristol.

Broadmead is nothing like it once was, people prefer out of town retail sites with easy parking, and better access.
