Toh agar maan lijiye ki koi random existing surface sirf hai aapke paas, aur client bole ki aap humko site design karke dijiye. Toh aap saare existing contours ka utna offset maar denge? Matlb agar meri thinking galat hai toh correct kar dijiyega.😅😅 I just tried corelating your statements with my understanding.
Are nhi, hum site layout jo bhi ho usko feature line ya 3Poly krke elevation assign karenge aur raise karenge. It's not raising whole existing site contour, aur ye simple 2 step procedure will solve in next video...

In a point group, does the discription of all the points become common/same?
Yes, if you given a description in the point group then it's the same for all points in that group. Hope your query is resolved.
Suppose If you have 10 points....and you go for point groups... then you have an option like include and exclude...so that if you want to add specific points such as 1,2,3 you can put it in include
