Yeah k20 . More rpm and the rods a tiny bit shorter.

Yeah easy to do . Just run a Honda k series compressor and the adapter for the lines to bmw

am i able to swap my e36 with a k24 with a s5d 200g trans ? and do i need an adapter plate for trans and motor
You need adapter plate for any gearbox. PMC motorsports is where I bought it from

I use all bmw runing gear . Just Honda motor with PMC adapter kit to bmw gearbox
where you got the motor from?
First from Crv , second from an Accord. I look for them all over . I have a few in stock now 😉

I was planning on swapping a k20 to a e36 chassis but i couldn't find anyone doing that. What made you choose k24 over k20, is it because turboing a k24 is cheaper or k20's lack torque?
I did k24 because it’s cheaper and torque. If the 24 blows I will buy a k20 and rev it to the moon

Any info on the oil pan setup and how you cleared the rack??
Oil pan is standard and I moved the rack forward 35mm
Outside of a 20b I'd say it's pretty damn close to the best.
