Oh yes…from late ‘70 through the European ‘73 tour. Then I believe he recorded on them only, going forward from that point. He always recorded on wooden shells, never the Vista’s.

@@luvbasses5487 also I believe he used the Ludwig stainless steel one in concert too. If I am not mistaken in late 1977 because in 1979 used in Knebworth he's green sparkle live too. I don't remember what he used in the 1980 European tour though. I don't think he used he's amber vistalite. Can't remember

The Stainless Ludwig’s debuted on 1st of April 1977 at Memorial Auditorium in Dallas. I do believe he used em at rehearsals just prior to the ‘77 tour kickoff too and maybe as early as late ‘76. He used this kit for all concerts going forward…until their final gig in Berlin, July 1980.

@@luvbasses5487 very well explained sir. I had to look up the information myself to make sure. Because I know a few things about John Bonham using Ludwig drums. I know that in 68' he used a Slingerland kit. Then Carmine Appice introduced him to the Ludwig thermo gloss maple kit then like you mentioned the green sparkle kit from 70' to 73' and Amber vistalite in 75 and 77' to 80' stainless steel. You got it sir 👍🏼

What's confusing? I mean if you really want to understand. You have to listen from the very beginning to know what the band is all about or in this case the music.

Thank you for your comment. Believe me this band that I use to with my friend. It's been over since 2014. But I got alot of audio material that I use to record with my phone. We have gotten better. Music wise.

Yes so tables are like first come first serve. Unless when you buy your tickets online at the Hilltop Tavern and Inn. Reserve your table. It's worth saving a spot than get trying to get a seat. Especially there people can be snobs when they are sitting and they wont let you spare at least a chair. That happened to me

Its sure was. I wish I could have recorded the whole show. I miss several good ones. My favorite that I didn't record and I got to see up close was Stairway To Heaven. You guys rock that venue. I wasn't happy that you guys had a band open up for you, delta shades was an okay band. But you guys rock out so hard. Even my friend that I invited by the name of Kevin he was wearing he Led Zeppelin Swan Song fallen angel wearing a leather jacket and he has full beard and shaggy hear. For he's first time me taking him to see you guys and for hes experience. He live it and he was blown away by Zepagain's performance. And he is a Black Sabbath fan. Its was nice to see you rock out Mr. Derek Smith. I hope you guys are able to come back to the Santa Fe Springs Swap Meet. Until then covid is taking over everything. You really play the role of John Bonham very serious and as played by you I see you give it the best of your ability. I did record some audio of the 3 sets but for some reason the second set is the only one that came out good. Except for 1 set and 3 set came out with like silent parts.
