This is a song about an activist pod of dolphins. They have taken it upon themselves to protect whales... particularly Orcas... from the bad press (or "Fake News" if you prefer, the Orcas are receiving from allegedly attacking small boats. It turns out they were only playing.

This dude is so freaking COOL that he even has built in reverb in his holy larynx. How incredible is THAT! The bad news is that, just like bosses everywhere, he gives you sketchy advice, commands and orders, but always manages somehow to be guzzling lattes at Starbucks...
