At JSB Home Solutions, we partner with Trail Cabinetry to deliver premium Amish cabinetry crafted with attention to detail and quality materials. Each cabinet begins with precision cuts made by a computerized CNC router, ensuring every hole and groove is perfectly placed. Next, the pieces are sent to the edge bander, where an all-wood edge is applied for a seamless finish.
Before assembly, each piece is meticulously pre-sanded for a smoother finish. The face frames are crafted by hand, using glue and pocket screws for a secure, durable structure, and sanded for consistency. The cabinet pieces are then carefully assembled by hand, one at a time, to maintain precision and quality. Nail holes are filled, and the cabinets undergo final sanding to create a flawless surface.
After assembly, the cabinets go through a thorough quality inspection before being sent to the finishing facility. Here, they are painted or stained to the customer’s specifications, adding the final touch of elegance. Once finished, components like doors, drawers, utensil holders, and lazy Susans are installed, completing the cabinet. Each finished product is carefully packaged and shipped to its final destination, ready to become a centerpiece in your home.

Sounds fantastic!
I don't know why UA-cam wanted me to watch this, but it sure is biased and wrong. You must be selling face frame cabinets. I make cabinets and most have been frameless. Frameless is cheaper to build because there are fewer parts - no frame to build and finish. They are also just as strong and won't rack if you build them properly. The bottom line is there are three types of cabinets: 1 - face frame, 2 - frameless, and 3 - inset. The choice between the three is personal preference.
Thank you for your input. We actually offer both framed and frameless cabinets, and our goal is to provide clear, unbiased information to help homeowners make informed decisions. Frameless cabinets are indeed less expensive to build due to fewer parts, but installation costs often outweigh those savings. Because walls in remodels are rarely plumb, frameless cabinets require more adjustments, which increases labor costs. As for cabinet types, "inset" refers to an overlay style rather than a separate category. Inset cabinets can be either framed or frameless, though frameless inset cabinets are uncommon. We appreciate your perspective and encourage open dialogue. Pease know we strive to present accurate and helpful information without bias.
Suggestion: Break up the narration into individual takes, so the narrator can memorize lines and deliver them in a less rigid manner. Single takes with no editing is the wrong way to go.
Thank you for your suggestion. We are always working to improve your experience on our UA-cam channel so we value your input on how we can make both the information and our video production better.
Just removed a soffit in my kitchen. Cost approximately $2000 to do. Definitely worth the extra cost and a small cost in a total kitchen renovation of $150k.
Yes! This is an example where removing a soffit is WELL worth the added investment!
Hi do these solid surface panels contain silica. If so in the manufacturing process silica is released and is more damaging than asbestos Once made the problem is no longer a health risk
Hello! Thanks for your question. Solid surface used for shower walls and countertops do NOT contain silica. It is a silica-free alternative to engineered stones. Solid surface is made from resins, natural minerals, and pigments. The exact resin component usually depends on the brand of solid surface but the main ingredient in all solid surface manufacturing is alumina trihydrate. Alumina trihydrate is a by product of the natural mineral Bauxite. It is in roofing materials and the plastics inside automobiles to slow flame spread and as a smoke retardant. It is in the plastic coating on the wiring in your home. Bauxite is the primary source of aluminium metal.
My wife and I have a great master bathroom....except for one glaring area. The walk-in shower. It's a glass door walk-in (which is great) but the subway tile installation for the 3 walls (goes all the way up to the 9 foot ceiling) was horribly caulked and needs to be torn out and completely re-tiled with new (we'd like larger) tiles. Lastly, the cheap, plastic builder's grade "pan" floor is undesireable to put it mildly. We want a more premium tiled floor surface vs. a plastic "pan". Would a job like this be a "repair and replace" job or would it be the top-tier "custom remodel" job?
Do you mean grouted instead of caulked?
This could definitely be a remove & replace project as long as you aren't drastically changing the overall size and location of your shower. If you love the rest of your bathroom and really only want to touch the shower, you're looking at a "wet space only" type of project, meaning you'll only be working on the space that gets wet. These fit very well with remove & replace type remodelers!
There is most likely both in the shower. Either the grout or the caulk (or both!) could be an issue here. Grout is what fills the space between the tiles in the shower, which I believe is what you are referring to. It's porous meaning that water is able to seep through it. Grout can be quite a project to fix without redoing all the tile in the shower. Caulk is used to seal around glass doors in showers, among other things. It is silicone based and waterproof. And fortunately, it can sometimes be quick to redo to waterproof a shower door!
