Great tutorial andd thanks for shareing your knowledge. I have a .dat file and a .hea file which contains all 12 leads . How can i plot each lead into a different figure. I use below command to assign the ecg data to a variable fp=fopen('00001_1r.dat,'rb'); ecg = fread(fp,'short'); frquency is 100hz and each ecg is 10s long If you can provide me a source code for my issue. Hi. Physionet updated its webpage so I'm not able to reach the physiobank atm. So I can only download the files in .atr format so I need to convert them to .mat on Matlab (using wfdb toolbox) and that's confusing me. can you help me out?
