Hello! My name is Seth. I'm a 20 year old content creator who is obsessed with all things Hip-Hop. I react, I discuss and I have fun.
ONE OF THE BEST I'VE SEEN - DOECHII "NPR TINY DESK CONCERT" REACTION
This is one the best NPR concerts I've seen.
2024 was Doechii's year. Between the release of her debut mixtape from TDE, Alligator Bites Never Heal as well as having multiple features with artists such as Tyler, The Creator, Ab-Soul and Katy Perry it is unnecessary to say that she is coming up quickly. I just recently listened to ABNH for the first time and it has quickly become one of my personal favorite releases of the year even though I just found it here at the end of 2024. Tiny Desk Concerts themselves have become a staple in modern day music. Quite a few artists weather it be small or massive do Tiny Desk shows and it allows for the music to get a new breathe of life in it that shows the listener a different sound for the songs, especially with hip-hop albums that get live instruments during these. This one is no exception. What do you think of this Tiny Desk Concert? Are you excited to see where Doechii goes in 2025? Let me know your thoughts down below!

THE MOST INSANE ALBUM I'VE EVER HEARD - DEATH GRIPS "THE MONEY STORE" REACTION
Переглядів 841День тому
I LOVE DEATH GRIPS I LOVE DEATH GRIPS I LOVE DEATH GRIPS I LOVE DEATH GRIPS I have known of "The Money Store" for a good while now. Ever since I had heard of this album, I have seen it both get the absolute highest praise and some hate at the same time. From Fantano giving it a 10 to some hip-hop listeners on social media referring to it as "the white hip-hop fans favorite album", it has defini...
I WAITED TOO LONG FOR THIS - FREDDIE GIBBS & MADLIB "BANDANA" REACTION
Переглядів 243Місяць тому
8 months ago, I decided to sit down and finally check out Freddie Gibbs discography. After hearing his verse on VULTURES 1, he left me wanting to hear more from him. For my first endeavor into his discography I decided to check out a record I had heard lots of good things about: Piñata. I was thoroughly blown away by Freddie's lyrical style and content paired with Madlib's top tier production. ...
I SEE THE VISION - WESTSIDE GUNN "PRAY FOR PARIS" REACTION
Переглядів 274Місяць тому
Griselda is one of the most well known groups of modern day hip-hop. Between it's talented artists and producers, it's one of the most notable labels that pay homage to the older style and sound of Hip-Hop while adding their own niche twists to it. In the past few years I had always seen "Pray For Paris" pop up around the internet getting tons of praise. Throughout that time, I've heard bits an...

Now here we are years after the release of his latest album "The Forever Story", JID...

I FINALLY LISTENED TO IT - JPEGMAFIA "VETERAN" REACTION
why do you sound and look exactly like Boffe gp????!!!
Love your reaction
Just found your channel :) imma sub. How u feel about Doja?
Love Doja! She gets a ton of hate but she generally makes some pretty enjoyable music. Haven’t dove to deep into her discography other than a chunk of some songs tho.
Love this song and the video! The whole music vid is an insane reference to one of my fave tracks the next movement by the roots. lovely video brother!
YES!!! I need this vinyl too. Let’s figure out how to manifest that! Edit: I wanted to let also tell you, each band member having a solo is a jazz band tradition. If you go see live jazz, you’ll see it every time. A lot of artists from other genres who use live instrumentation started to incorporate section solos as well which is a nice touch. You can tell these girlies are from the jazz world. Band geeks were often clowned on in high school but every single one of them has the last laugh and are cool af now! Follow your heart and do what you love y’all!! Don’t worry about fitting in! Love, A former band geek
Mac Miller and Anderson Paak's Tiny Desks did "blow up"... becoming among the top viewed. What I appreciate about Doechii's, in addition to her general performance abilities and creativity, is how she's incorporating the essence of earlier hip hop (much of which had a lot of jazz influences and samples) into her set. It's one of the many things that I loved about To Pimp a Butterfly.
Doechii mixes jazz, funk, rock and hip hop in a way that really comes together beautifully. She's an amazing artist and was top 3 for me this year!
She has quickly become one of my favorite artists of the year. Really can’t wait to see what she does in 2025!
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I like how u knew off rip....Doechii's performance was about 2 be epic....🌝✔️🐊🐊🐊🐊🙌🏽🙌🏽💪🏽💪🏽🎯🎯🎯🎯💯
bro you look and sound like a youtuber of argentina called boffe gp no cap 😭🙏, nice reaction by the way 😁
Bro I’ve been told that multiple times, I finally looked him up and the resemblance is actually crazy 😭
@@vecmen JAJAAJAJA
now listen to 100 gecs
I’ve considered this for a while now. I’ve heard bits of there stuff but not really listened. Got an album recommendation?
@@vecmen honestly both 1,000 gecs and 10,000 gecs are great albums but 1,000 gecs is much less,, "accessible" compared to 10,000. seeing this reaction 1,000 gecs is probably just as accessible as money store tho and i do prefer it over 10,000 gecs
both very good albums !! remix album also but i'd think think that an 1,000 gecs reaction would be super fun ( totally not biased )
Abel is the sexiest, most talented and my future husband
For some more context and added interesting samples. On “Punk Weight” the heavy drop after the Saharan Cell Phone sample is actually an insanely distorted Jimi Hendrix sample called “Manic Depression”. Additionally, on “Hacker” on the hook there is a sample of M83’s “Midnight City” as well as sampling one of their own song, and the drum buildup in the beginning is from a marching band. Their sample usage and production is actually phenomenal and stellar, lol.
Bottomless Pit will burn your socks off. Genius annotations for DG are a fucking joke and I wouldn't take them seriously.
Haha yea I don’t really take genius too seriously unless it’s something verified by the artist. Only really use it for reading lyrics. As far as in depth looks into the lyrics it’s definitely hit or miss.
don't take Genius annotations as gospel, they're just peoples' (usually very literal and surface level) interpretations.
Best gangsta rap album and is top 10 of all time.
if this is the most insane album youve ever heard boy oh boy youve got a long way to go haha
The thing thats so good about dg is how ON POINT their hook game is. No matter how abrasive and violent a track of theirs might get, its still always really catchy
Think you kinda nailed it. No matter how abrasive these tracks are I haven’t been able to get most out of my head.
Just wait until you hear their later music
Hope you end up in the more esoteric underground rap rabbit hole: billy woods, KA, Mach-Hommy, Roc Marciano, etc. The three main dudes in Griselda seem to be having a bit of an identity crisis with their latest releases. Rome Streetz and Boldy James are the two most exciting dudes on the label right now, I think.
Hello the Vecmen, How are you doing please check out an all female band from Japan called *BAND-MAID* and the song *Alone* Wish the best and Thank You! 😊
Nice I like band-maid :)
There was another track on this album that got removed, prolly cuz of sample dispute or whatever but you should definitely check that out as well if you haven't, its called "Allah Sent Me".
Side Note: Just noticed after rewatching the video the small Menace II Society reference in the corner at 4:50. Tons of little references in this video.
im pretty sure she considers this a mixtape. i believe she’s said in interviews that she made this record over just a month or so. she says she has a full fledged album with an over arching theme in the works!
shame this channels not larger ur reactions are fun af
Thank you so much for the love! Hoping one day that this turns into something much larger than it is now.
Facts 👏🏾
They’re short like that because this is a mixtape. This is not an album.
And she has 4 Grammy nominations for this mixtape/album
ABNH.....is definitely da best showcase 4 1st time Doechii listeners.....but it was....Swamp Bitches....dat stamped her 4 me....great react....🐊🐊🐊🐊🙌🏽🙌🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽🎯🎯🎯🎯🐐💯
Love swamp bitches. It was Yucky Blucky Fruitcake for me. I was bored at work and I wanted to find new artist. Over night stocking😭, never again lol
Love this reaction and your insight. Def subscribed for more. You'll get to 1k and then some i think, this is quality content for sure. Ive been following doechii since she was in highschool posting youtube videos from her bedroom and i am so, so happy to see her getting the success she deserves. Some of her prior work you might want to check out? Girls, Spooky Coochie, Stressed, Persuasive, or Pacer for a completely different side of her. If you want a life-hack for growing the channel exponentially and so fast your head will spin, start doing reactions to Ren... aside from the fact that he is a once-in-a-generation caliber absolutely master class artist, musician, rapper, singer, multi-instrumentalist, producer, and just a stellar human being, his fan base is like something i've never seen before. Ren and his fans are so supportive of reactors and the reaction community as a whole, myself definitely included. The phrase "a rising tide lifts all ships" is something that gets thrown around a lot, i've seen more channels than i can count grow by thousands of subscibers in a matter of weeks or even days. His breakthrough song that started the chain reaction is called "Hi Ren" and if you do a reaction for it the algorithms will most likely pick it up and you'll really like his work i think, based on the artists i see on your channel. He is completely independent and his self published album Sick Boi hit number 1 on the UK billboard charts last year, the first independent album to do so ever. He bumped Rick Astley out of the number one spot and Astley congratulated him for it publicly. You won't be disappointed.
When he gets to ready to say forty four four four: 😮😮😮
one of the funniest reactions to kendric verse that I have seen lmaooooo
Ok that was the whitest Like That reaction I’ve ever seen🤣

❤
RESPECT AND LOVE . to Kendrick for including..... Will Smith......WHO MANY "BLACK" PEOPLE LOVE TO DISRESPECT..... 💔 😢 💯
Can't lie, when i first heard this, i thought it was going to be connected to Sam Is Dead. What with the title and the whole military storyline Sam Is Dead's video had
I don’t think it’s a story bro, kinda sounds like Tyler’s getting some closure in his life, specifically about his dad.
Album is just 🔥 for sure
I Broke my Sleeping Schedule to See Tyler's Album, lol
He probably means taco his real name is Travis but hey anything his possible !
Ahh didn’t think of this, good catch!
Absouletly horrible fucking review. Donda and late registration not in top 5 is absolutely hideous. Subscribed tho
