I BOUGHT AN F550!
The day has finally come. I found a 2018 f550 dump truck and couldn't pass it up. It has 37k miles on it, 4x4, one owner, and an 11ft Monroe dump bed with fold down sides. It is gas, 6.8L V10. Diesel would have been nice but I am glad I don't have to deal with def fluid. I have wanted an F550 for quite some time now. I am so happy and blessed that this worked out. I can't wait to see how it changes things. Hit that subscribe button to see more videos on this truck and how it changes my operation in the years to come.

Buried Downspout Lines With a Kubota Kx71-3
Переглядів 5989 місяців тому
Today we are using a Kx71-3 that I rented to dig for a project earlier this summer. There were a lot of variables to this project. 110 yards of dirt were brought in to bring the back yard up to a manageable grade after a pool was installed. This machine was the perfect size for this project. I almost rented a smaller machine from home depot. I am glad I didn't because it would have taken way lo...

I have a gravely zero turn with a loncin engine. It’s a 25hp vtwin. 200hrs so far and absolutely no issues. It’s been great and plenty of power. I was skeptical when I found out it was Chinese made but it’s been great. It was branded as a Graveley engine and I only found out it was really a Loncin when I was looking up filters.
How did it hold up?
@@Panelson74 had to add some additional bracing but works great
I didn't see any mention of putting it in neutral to avoid damage to the drive motors? On my 800 it says to avoid damage to put it in neutral?
Please help. We have one like this, and my kids put rocks down the holes.
I have used a couple of these types of machines. I am no expert but it seems to me the first thing to do is to add 200 lbs of weight to the rear or have a 400 lb. guy operating it. That bouncing around is no fun & I would believe that it feels worse than it looks when using it especially on even very mild inclines. Or educate me.

Today was my first day of landscaping, went pretty good but my arms jelly rn 😂 vid fire tho 🔥
I guess the next piece of equipment is a 5 ton excavator, or a buddy with one. Man thank you for the advice.
Do you ever have customers complaining about the tracks leaving marks on the sidewalk? If so,. Does a power washer take it out pretty quick
@@anythingadrenaline4515 depending on the job I will pressure wash the area if I am driving in it a lot of times back and forth if it’s just a couple times and few rains will wash it off
Wow that cuts nice I just bought a brand new gravely 148 pro turn and it doesn’t cut very good I had a old exmark and that thing cut amazing
Bravo, good work! Rudi.
Not sure about these little minis.. they are handy but they tip way too easily when your aren’t even doing anything sketchy.
Do you like the Western wideout better than a V plow and would you buy another Western wideout
Bro this vlog was sick. As someone who is just now barely learning about the world of landscaping and agriculture working with the city, this video was a cool perspective on landscaping and the hard work it takes. Dope vlog man
Whats something like this cost to do? I own a landscaping company on the side and have been wanting to get into this kind of work.
Need Toro rider X426 2008 model
Could just put winch in receiver of truck and truck winches itself on.
Hey we are trailering here not trucking..
That PTO shrieks when you pull it huh? Some of that dry grease spray would work for it.. bagger worked awesome 👏
Crazy that the price of this has almost doubled
This summer I am working my very first job as a Landscaper.
careful with those plow markers....would hate to have to change a tire in a good storm

Stock blades? Striping kit?
They might have been high lift blades, no stipe kit, just following the same pattern
@@jcslawntips ok, thanks for the reply. I have a gravely hd with the x factor 2 deck, just build my own striping kit for it, running Ballard high lift or ripper blades 👍
I have one, and never weighed it at a scale with 3 buckets, 36" 18" and 12". I have the Cab with the long reach or arm. If anybody ever weighed one, I'd like to know what the scales said, don't trust the obscure so called legal tow as touted.
I had same problem a few years ago. It was SK750. It laid on its side for a few hours before I put it back on its feet 😅. Couldn’t start the engine, couse oil got into the cylinders and engine got seized. All I did, I unscrewed glow plugs and cranked the engine for a minute to get rid of oil from cylinders. Put glow plugs back and started the engine. It produced smoke for 15 minutes until oil leftovers were burned out. Added some oil to the engine and never had any problems since.
Your engine wasn't seized if you were able to start it.
Have you thought of storing your sticks vertically to have more space?
Line-x the floor and ramp. Three shelves up front with small one for six inch stuff up top would be my suggestion.
What do you recommend to someone who wants to start landscaping as a job as a beginner?
Bucket was clearly to high
Hi All, I'm planning to develop a customer relationship management (CRM) app targeted towards busy professionals like JC. This app would be designed to help people who are always on the go manage their customer relationships effectively. I'd love to get some feedback on: Main pain points: What are the biggest challenges that busy professionals face when it comes to customer relationship management? Use cases: What are the most common situations where a CRM app would be helpful for this target audience? This feedback will be crucial in shaping the development of the app. Thanks, Bishav N R
I hope there was a complaint put into that dump truck dumping the soil on the road when there was easy access to the drive!
if you feel it get tippy, slam that bucket down. Its a life saver. Watching your video... You had the bucket way too high while not on flat ground. Was this a test of stability? Otherwise I have no clue of what you were trying to do at the time of your rollover
My first thought seeing the bucket in the air
When you brought the narrow track and explained to them your plans. That’s when they knew you were going to tip it.
Do you have any problem with trailer sway by loading the truck on backwards with the engine over the trailer axels?
I didn’t drive on the road like this. I was just seeing if the truck would fit. That could be an issue potentially
Tires need to be wider, with the 600V motor on it.
At least you were safe and learned some good lessons
I just tipped a Kubota scl 1000 2 days ago im glad you walked so i could run
just flipped mine today to the side what did the dealership tell you?
I'm looking at a '21 with 70 hrs for $5500. Worth it still?
I think that’s a good price in today’s market a new one is probably pushing close to $8,000 if I had to guess. Maybe they’ll negotiate and you can get it for $5,000. You never know
NIce video
Wow. That thing has some big disadvantages. I think the 42/44/48 is a better option. Inclines are it's big down fall. I have the 48 pro series and it can fit thru most gates but i can mow some sketchy hills.
I own a pro 48 and it sucks as far as cutting grass. I bought it brand new and it never would not good. Crazy. How did the compact do on hills? I have over 25 years exp and can mow some sketchy hills lol. But just curious how that compact does considering it's allot narrower
Time is money! Good stuff
Need new wipers lol
Nice trailer
I tipped our Ditch Witch SK850 a few years ago. It's not necessarily the grade that gets them, its getting them cockeyed or off camber and all it takes is a little rocking or shifting of weight to one side too much. Good on you to call the dealer. We didn't call the dealer, it smoked a bit, but was fine once that was burnt off.
