I love buying spinach, but I can't keep it fresh for some reason. I am going to join you. With my gallbladder now gone, I am down to one meal a day. This past month of trying to keep food down has been a real struggle. I need protein and fiber so badly! I am also going to do intermittent fasting. You are like the 4th person to share that protein powder. I will be getting it.

🦋 I limit where I use the b&bw lotion mainly because I have my baby on me a lot of course. So I don’t want him to break out plus he with me breastfeeding I certainly don’t use it near my breast area. So I use it some days very lightly. The white distilled vinegar for cooking is a cleaner in itself. I read that yesterday on the back of the bottle and it’s cheaper. But hey if you buy one for cooking and the other for cleaning, both will last longer. 😅

I'm crackin up because Jerod and I went to the store the other day and got those cherry plums and I picked up a bag of walnuts, and we was eating watermelon that dad brought up plus we went to Publix and got everything we need to make sammiches😂.
