So I installed the lights via red side light to blue turn signal wire and viola! It worked. Now they only come on with the amber running lights. Thanks!

I really think it’s something that they did during the batches that they built. So I was one of the first Maverick owners who got them, I think I got the first batch. My original video had 22k views and then I reposted the same video because the wiring wasn’t clear. So a lot of people got them but they always sold out quickly, so different batches. I wonder if they changed something or did something to make them cheaper. The moral of this story is, I haven’t had any water. I just went through a cat-1 hurricane and the Maverick was outside the whole time. It really saddens me that Mabett hast fixed this issue. Sorry to hear about your situation.

Hello, I also own both, they both have there pluses. I like the Bronco’s street ride better, but if I was going for a long off road adventure off road u would feel more comfortable with the wrangler because of the front solid axle. But the best thing is they will now have some compation and that will make them improve themselves. Hey, have a great day.

Hi I mounted it on the rear cross bar, to the passenger side of the rear dome light. I also had to use some gorilla hot glue to mount it, 5 days after making the video the double sided tape stopped holding. The gorilla glue has held on for 1.5 years.

Yes, you can adjust the blocks on the ends of the rails. where the cover slides into the rails. Near the tailgate, there 2 Allen bolt screws. Loosen them and slide them out. Mine are equal with the ends of the rails. Mine is very tight. Let me know how you make out.

Bro it was about 100 degrees out. The rear is so easy. All you have to do is install them and each seat has 6 straps that are very easy to install. I love them.

I like them, the only thing you have to be careful about is that they don’t raise the hood as high. So you need to make sure that you don’t hit your forehead on the hood when f you are tall.

Thanks, the bumper is holding up well. I haven’t replaced the skid plate yet, I just modified my plastic one and painted it. The same company sells a factory skid plate for $160. I am now shopping skid plates because I want to start going off road, they are all so expensive.

Yes, it’s just all the airbags the freak me out. That A pillar panel is the only PIA.

The double sided sticky tape probably won’t hold well. I learned that lesson when I mounted my rear dash camera on my broncos roll bar. It fell off 2 days later. So what I did and what would work great for you is I used gorilla hot glue sticks, that stuff has held a heavy camera for about a year and it is also flexible enough to be pealed off if you wanted to. So between the glue and the zip ties it should be very secure. Hey good luck and let me know how you made out.

Hi if you look at the first couple of minutes of this video I show up close of the lights. I haven’t had any issues. I personally believe that the issue is rather a bad batch or car washes, that causes the water in the lenses. Honestly a lot of people says that it happens but I’ve only seen 1 photo. Hi, I have had mine on for several month’s. I also live in Florida where it has high humidity and rains a lot. I have not had any water behind the lenses. If you want watch the beginning of my seat cover video, I film a up close view of my lights. I do not go through the car wash. That is probably where the issue is. I love the lights personality.

I don’t think that they are waterproof. I have had mine on since January. I also live in Florida where there is a lot of humidity and rain. Mine are bone dry. If you watch the beginning of my seat cover video, I show a close up of the lights last month. The one thing that I do not do is go through the car wash. So that might be why some people have water in there lights. I love the looks of mine and I have had any issues. Good luck, with your decision.

Thanks for the kind words. I did it twice one on my Maverick and once on my Bronco. Well let me tell you I love it once, twice was tough. But when your done it’s one of the best upgrades you can do. Put on your favorite music, take your time and you will love it. To quote the movie, the water boy. You can do it.

Thanks, that’s exactly what happened to mine. I live in a very busy area and am always worried about being rear ended, so I switched them back. I was contemplating using one LED and one halogen but never did. I did upgrade my third break light. That one works fine. Hey, thanks again for subscribing and you have a great day.

@@fredsgarage1925 So just wondering but did you only swap back to the halogen's for the red bulbs or did you also swap the reverse light too? I think the reverse one is fine since it is only used for going backwards and not for many functions like the others right?

@kevinlferguson I kept the reverse bulbs, they are so much brighter then the factory ones.

@@fredsgarage1925 I made your design and it works better than the shiplap. I had the tools, so it only ended up costing me a few cents over $10 for the divider and about $17 for two plastic bins that fit the back perfectly. Now our grocery pickup won't be a nightmare. Thanks again!

So our mavericks are made to keep the power on for 90 minutes after you turn off the vehicle. It does this to conserve the battery. All you have to do is turn the car on and off again for another 90 minutes. But when your car senses the battery voltage drop to the low 11 it will go into low power mode. Hope this makes sense?

All you have to do now s disconnect the red wire. Then it will only connect me on with the turn signal. Let me know how you make this it.

There are specific ones for the rear. ( I have a video on that ) I have kept the reverse lights. but there has been nothing but issues with the rear directionals. The rear directionals I went to the old style as the cars computer has issues with only the rear LED bulbs. The front switchback bulbs are fantastic. I also really like the third brake/ reverse LEDs, high improvement.
