A dado is a very common woodworking joint. If you're designing your woodworking projects in SolidWorks, it's most efficient if you can make this joint a library part that you can automatically apply to your projects. This video will show how to create a dado, make that a library part with variable dimensions such as dado depth, and then apply that library part to a multibody part.
