After writing the screenplay, we decided to shoot some scenes with some local actors. The story revolves around Cora Glass, a young girl who was kidnapped and trained to be an escort and assassin for the ultra rich. She escaped, but now must ply her trade to survive.

It's Mina. Turns out she gave birth to Dracula's son, not Johnathon. His name was originally Quincy, but when his evil side came out he turned Mina and she became what she feared most. However in a fight with him, she cut him and the blood splashed into her mouth. Suddenly her bloodlust was satiated... now for generations she's been bearing him, raising him, then draining him... too weird?

The blood collecting for her blood wine was a pretty novel creative idea for storing blood she is too full to drink and not waste a drop. Great idea.

Ok are they Mina and Jonathan reincarnating over and over from the 19th century to the 21st? The way she labeled the bottles kinda looks like that. Or maybe she's the original Mina Harker and she's tracking Jonathan through his future lives...
You're very close. I'm still (sadly) working on the feature length screenplay and in it, Mina makes a choice between randomly killing hundreds of people to survive or just one - the direct descendants of Dracula through her own version of an Oedipus Complex. In Bram Stoker's novel Dracula rapes Mina with Johnathon in a stupor right beside her and her son, Quincy may not have been Jonathan's at all.
