I’m always intimidated to try pour over coffee, but this looks simple! I agree that preparing your morning cup of coffee can be meditative and a nice morning ritual. What is the grounds-to-water ratio that you recommend?

Starlink seems interesting to hear more about and how well it works. I/we’ve been thinking about getting a drivable RV and doing long trips, well to bike events across the country.

I'm surprised the van didn't come with a built in stove/kithen. It looks awesome though!

the fireflies are alive! that is good to hear. i'm disabled but knock 'round town on a specialized. i would legit try gravel if there was like a beginners/baby course race that could be done with most bodies in mind. just to get the feet wet but tackle uncertainty in a safer environment than unbound, omg, SCARY. congrats and don't forget us bikecarious youtubers
