    Hi I tried this receipt it was fantastic it is exactly same taste of arminian sausage flavor I used 12% alcohol white whine is it correct . Or I should use Cooking white wine ?

    There is nothing authentic about this so-called "authentic" Lebanese sausage. We don't use white wine to make neither nakanek nor sojok, as they are properly called, nor do we use lemon pepper, nor cloves. Just call it what it is - YOUR version / take on the dish and don't change what is an insanely simple, delicious Lebanese dish.

    This is the best Ma2anek recipe and method of preparation that I have ever seen. It only needs cardamom and some ground pork for perfect Ma2anek taste. They look excellent. Thank you.
