I really appreciate this video Ryan. Its such a relatable message. As you said, we need to recognize when we have these thoughts or feelings *and* have the humility to say "HEY" to ourselves! Totally agree with all the social media stuff you said. "Speaking" to people is an absolute necessity in life. Isolation is bad!! Proverbs 18:1 says: "Whoever isolates himself pursues his own selfish desires; He rejects* all practical wisdom" Ain't that the Truth! Text messages (anything more than 3 words) rarely convey the actual message we want to say or what we want others to really know.

I'm soo proud of your accomplishments Ryan,,you have come soo far since I 1st meet you,. And your point of helping addicts,but wanting them to be able to help themselves is so true,I kno its gotta be hard,.remember how you felt when you were using and in the grip of your addiction,.in the end every addict needs to want to change EVERYTHING or NOTHING will change!. I've used for over 23yrs now,and my friends n family could say or do everything/anything to try and help me get/stay clean, but until the day that I'm 100%done and start changing everything, whatever thy do or say won't ever be enough!I've gotta want it👍😁👍 Thank you Ryan, for being ah great example that IT CAN BE DONE WITH ALOT OF HARD WORK n EFFORT 💪

So glad I got rid of certain people in my life... the ones that said they were going to rehab-next week but they needed money or something from me to be able to use today-but they were going to rehab next week like they said last week or last month and I wanted to help or wanted help or someone to quit with me.. finally just had to take care of myself and I’m guessing those people are still going to rehab some week

Responding to Shannon’s comment, I actually haven’t done IF since Dec.. i lost too much weight because I wasn’t eating my macros and was essentially only taking in 700 calories a day. It was fine I was losing weight and you will too but my face was looking older and it just wasn’t that good for me. I’m all plump and young looking again since I gained 25 pounds back 😭😭😭😭😭🤣😂🤣😂🤣🤣 (another reason why it didn’t work for me haha). Anyway, you will def lose any stubborn fat on your abs and all over! And you are hilarious....nose picker!!!! 👃
