When sharing a video (presenting) and have YT open or another app running open on another tab, it can cause feedback (echoing) on the video (muting your mic when playing the video may fix, just remember to unmute yourself when the video is done.) When a person is speaking and an echo occurs, the feedback could be from opening YT stream on another tab and not muting the audio on that tab. Just info I learned from other podcasters using streamyard, zoom or other streaming apps on youtube and rumble. The feedback (echo) is looping between the apps or some have a echo cancel setting on their streaming app.

There is a Vermont Criminal Justice Training Council, which conducts disciplinary oversight for all law enforcement in Vermont. I'd prefer a local level oversight panel to exist as well. In Vermont solar has an annual capacity factor of 15%, but in winter during periods with heavy cloud cover such as last winter the capacity drops to 8%.

I recently spoke with my local legislator. He is a Democrat and tells me that he is representing the folks in his district. Real Vermonters. He is so frustrated that he is not running for re-election. He said the Chittenden County block is totally out of touch. They won't listen to reason, don't care about the cost, definitely working off an agenda. He is completely frustrated. He told me this is not the Vermont he and I grew up in (he was in the same school as I was). What do we do about the recent arrivals who seem to have a choke-hold on the State?

Each town is responsible for their own school funding, consolidate with neighboring towns if you need, but stop plundering other towns. Private schools in Vermont cost half as much per pupil yet have way better results, let that sink in.

Thus this is the violation of the very first article of our Constitution.
