Thank you for your great tips. I have situation that needs your help. I purchase a Dream Line swing shower door that requires 33.3 inches max width opening. My shower door opening is 34.5 inches. How can I add aditional U channel as a filler to one or both side of the walls?

The Glass company I am having make my shower enclosure charges almost DOUBLE for Starphire glass over “traditional” glass, in the same 3/8” thickness. 1.68 times as much money for the Starphire to be exact. The quote for a 62”x77.75” side panel, 28”x77.5” door and 9.75”x77.75” return panel based on square footage is $2314 for Traditional 3/8” versus $3892 for Starphire.. Am I being ripped off, or does Starphire really cost 1.68x as much?!

I purchased a Kohler shower door with water resistant coating on it. I paid a good bit for the door. However, it is much worse after a shower then my Kohler shower doors that do not have the water resistant coating on them. The water sticks to the shower door. It seems to stay wet forever and then is left with cloudy spots. Even after one shower. If I don't take a shammy and completely dry the shower door after every single shower, it looks horrible.

Can't wait to try this one out, and I hope it works for my cloudy glass table.
