Just FYI, when you go into Adaptation (and other functions of VCDS), there is a search box. You can type in key words or location values and VCDS will filter out everything that isn't a match. So you were digging neck deep down the list until you found "ENG141644-Scale_dimming_algorithm". The ENG# is a location, so you could search for 141644. Or you could search for the work "scale". Give it a try and see how much easier it is to find that needle in a haystack. Regards. C?ID=430208&TC=1

Hey bro, i have these same subs running on 1600 watt, and when i turn up the gain and bass boost loud enough, the subs make a horrible plastic sound when the bass hits, not sure if its my wiring, or once of my subs doing it, but i cant blast them at even 1600 watts without the horrible sound

Ive never owned a Boss Sub but I do have a 3000 watt Boss amp. No where near 3k watts though LOL. But it actually sounds very good with my 2 Alpine Type R 10's in a Virtual Technologies ported box , It actually pushes the subs a lot harder than the Punch 750 S Amp that I had before which surprised me , I thought the Old School Punch amp would have put out more power although it was a lower power rating But the Boss hits a good bit harder

Trust me you need aa lot more power for those subs...at least 700RMS to each...I am maxing out my 4 G2's with a MMATS 3000.1 they hit high, low, medium and sideways too...you can also look into the Rockford Fosgate 2500CP.
