We really should have finally won the league in 1984/85. Fell apart near the end, including stupid losses to Ipswich and 1-5 at home to Watford. Injuries played a key part though - losing Glenn Hoddle for several games near the end and Clive Allen injuried for long spells too. COYS - Great upload though.👍👍

That voice crack at 1:58 was great. 😂 Incidentally, what a player Ginola was - he was, at times, utterly unstoppable. 👏

I think, including his loan spell in 97/98, he scored 38 times in 65 games. It always seemed like he was capable of scoring many more, but he was an opportunist and elegant striker. The way he’d glide past defenders, or just appear in the right place to slot one in, was amazing. What a player, and I’m not even a Tottenham fan.
