Very cool project. One point of constructive feedback, is that your pacing is a bit fast and some things you do are off-screen, making it a bit difficult to follow along. Maybe they are familiar moves to a more experienced user, but good to consider. Thanks!

That's proportionnal editing. You can toggle it by clicking on the button with a little dot inside a circle on the top of the viewport (right after transform pivot point and snap buttons), or you can simple press O.

For the first part what you can do is go to add -> mesh -> cylinder u can resize with scale and the axes Then go to edit mode and use the loop cut to make different parts in the object Select all edges from above and use Scale to make a smaller top That‘s all I got ! Good luck

Firstly for the milk bottle you can follow the steps on the video. After then you can use sphere or other geometry shapes. You can reach the blender tutorials on yt about it.

Use google colab to render, you dont need gpu. Find a tutorial how to use google colab with blender.

You can make much more low poly by changing the amount of the decimate modifier. I just randomly showed it in the video
