yeah it is. i have a couple of level 70 versions. i was worried myself that i'd never see a sky cutter cause i'd never encountered one as a crusader or barbarian. then i managed to get 2 as a monk last week, 1 from a batch of gift items i sent myself from my backup account (i have since duped that one and put aside str, dex and int versions for my characters on future playthrus. then i got another one when i killed the butcher about a half hour later.
***** thx but i was lucky enough to find it out myself half an hour after i posted this comment i spent 150 blood shards at kadala and got myself a thunderfury hehe

so i know this is going to be a silly question, i just started to play diablo 3 ros on the xbox 360 ultimate evil edition not to long ago and when i got my witch doctor up to 70 i noticed that i dont have the 2.1 patch's for my game, can i still get all of the witch doctor legendary and set items that i see people using in 2.1 like the Quetzalcoatl or the tall man's finger and also the Rhen'ho Flayer. I could really use some help, tried looking it up but there is no info on it.

they are not in the xbox360 version as they are added in patch 2.1 which was only for PC,XBONE and PS4

i like the build u think it be better with just running aughild chest instead of cindercoat then u dont need the rorg and can use a fire soj u will lose cains 3 piece set but u dont really need that lol
Yeah cobalt that probably would be better but at the time I wasn't trying to get a fast time . I was just live streaming some rifts and focusing on leveling up my paragon but I will definitely try that the next time I do a timed run. Thanks for the advice.
i use this same exact build but i dont use horrify i normaly run zombie dogs for when i run into bosses to give me a little more crowd controll also when im playing with a group of ppl the jade haverster becomes almost useless...u do all the work of weaking them and ur team mows them down so ive got a different build for groups of ppl haha
