Home from CARDIFF and getting PRANKED
After a few days away re charging our batteries we are home! We've got one last Birthday present to open from Sarah & Andy, but I was pranked...with my own prank!!!!

Our last full day in Cardiff, we had a wander past the Principality Stadium, wandered round Cardiff Bay and celebrated my Birthday today. That's it for another year

It's Rach's Birthday, we had a day out and about, visited Barry Island the home of Gavin & Stacey, then some retail therapy before a bite to eat!

We tried some Ostrich burgers for dinner, took some to work with me and everyone chickened out of eating it (pun intended) apart from one victim...volunteer! From there I made some lemon cheesecake ice cream with a secret ingredient for Rach, she loves a bit of ice cream. Finally before we settled down to watch a film on our day off, I surprised her with a few treats to enjoy on our movie after...
Today we went to COSTCO, then on for a bubble tea at CHESHIRE OAKS before dinner and home

Afternoon off work so we headed to COSTCO for a bit of shopping, then as it's just down the road we visited CHESHIRE OAKS for a wander round and a spot of dinner, oh and we discovered bubble tea, lots of flavours to choose from and mmmmm, they were good.
It's time we gave our CONSERVATORY some TLC... Real life is tough, DIY is tougher!

We've lived in our house for 5 years now, we used to be in our conservatory all the time, but in the last year we've not used it as much and it needs some TLC to bring it back to life. Rach found some paint on Insta and hey ho, here we are. Wish us luck. Not the most exciting VLOG for people to watch, but it's our life we are documenting and here it is, warts and all.

Just a short video today to say RACH IS BACK from her holiday in Portugal, and she's been checking the veggies in the garden. Jus a short one today, work has taken over the last few days and the house had to be tidy before the chief returned!

Walking in RHOS ON SEA and COLWYN BAY, and playing 4 IN A ROW

We went for a walk along the prom in RHOS ON SEA to COLWYN BAY and along the way stopped to play 4 in a row and a few musical instruments found on the path, as they say, growing old is compulsory, growing up... OPTIONAL! Bryn Williams at Porth Eirias is a must if you like seafood, always a great atmosphere and ALWAYS great food.
Rachel has 2 McFlurrys! Sun is out so a walk in RHYL is in order

HI, just caught up with your last 3 Vlogs, nice to see Cardiff where we stay 2-3 times a year. We always stay at the Travelodge down the Bay as free parking. I have been in Lanzarote for the last 10 nights staying in Costa Tequise, also toured the Island in a hire car as usual. We made sure to have lunch at the Golden Corner in PDC after your reviews, it was OK. Look forward to more of the both of you and your daily life. Cheers Robert

Been to Cheshire Oaks a couple of times on way to Scotland, great shops and bought some nice stuff, especially an Under Armour hoodie that was heavily discounted, still wear it to this day. Keep up the nice vlogs, look forward to seeing more.

Nice Vid, never been to Rhyl, or North Wales. Have passed through on way to Starnraer( Where I originally come from 25 years ago) when visiting Family with my Welsh Wife.
To be fair, there’s been quite an investment made over the last few years, there’s still a way to go but it’s heading in the right direction

It was in Congleton at the Cloudside shooting grounds. Booked through red letter days, it was a great experience, their on site facilities (cafe / bar) were stunning, we’ll be going back.

Our second home, been to CostaTequise about 25 times over the last 20 years, was there in Feb and back in August. Always hire a car and drive everywhere.
Good advice, We have hired a car before, this time we booked the night before we went due to our other holiday being cancelled during the Manchester power outage. It's our favourite Canary Island!
@@GogsLife Thanks for reply. We fly from Bristol or Cardiff as we live in West Wales Newcastle Emlyn. Next trip 20th Aug, got to go school term times as have a school aged daughter so always have to pay top dollar. Staying at Nazaret Appts this next trip, stayed there the most times.

Puerto Del Carmen is where we stayed, but visited Costa Teguise and Playa Honda.

@ef1265 definitely, stayed there a few times, about €15 euros for a taxi from the airport, there’s plenty of places to eat and bars, it’s not quiet quiet but not party central, it’s in between. If you want very quiet Costa Teguise is the place to go. The old town is a walk away and the buses are every 15 minutes to local towns.

I use the DJI osmo pocket 2, check it out on YT, excellent little camera. Go for it, you won’t regret starting!
