I went to Dr.Gaxiola in Tijuana for my rhinoplasty in December 2020 and he cut my top lip so now I have a keloid scar and my nose doesn’t even look that different. Another thing to is that I was given some medication(tranquilizers )prior to actually seeing him before surgery so when I met with him to explain to him what I wanted I’m not even sure if I properly explained what I wanted because my memory is really foggy so that is another red flag. Be careful who you book with ladies especially outside of the states.
