After listening to the actual song, it's kind of crazy how close to the actual pitch/cadence this version is. Possibly the radio release wasn't a demo at all and was in fact just slowed due to the tape being played incorrectly.

Hey guys, my father claims it could be the former Czechoslovak band that he used to listen to at smaller underground music gigs. They were active during the late 80’s and early 90’s and often changed names and singers. In the 90’s they moved from the eastern block post-punk sound to more electronic sound and after that he hasn’t heard of them anymore. But about a year ago he discovered a YT channel called ARS Studio Productions and discovered their songs there. I think it's fantastic that the guys in reddit are still trying to solve this Mystery. I'm convinced whoever it is, is no longer with us or live a quiet life. Such a dam shame because its an amazing tune. Is it even real?
