One of things that always pissed me off on TVD was the fact that the male villan characters were worthy of redemption witch I support, but... the female villians were not. I would love to see Katherine becoming a better person for her daugther like what happened to Klaus on The Originals.

One thing that always bothered me was Katherine was smart and cunning , logically she should’ve befriended Elena to the point where Elena would’ve convinced the brothers to trust her and then they somehow could’ve gotten klaus to give Katherine her freedom 😊
