As someone who has recently got into Red Velvet, this guide has definitely been the most helpful for me. I've been fans of other SM groups (EXO, Girls' Generation, Super Junior, f(x), aespa, Shinee), but I only just got into the girls more recently. I hope to learn more about the members and also be a long-term fan 😊

The 90's R&B influence- thank-you for mentioning this. 4th generation act like New Jeans and XG are the originators of this sound, but SM has been doing it for over a decade. Red Velvet, Shinee, and Exo do it best! That's what drew me to kpop!

I love it, but in my opinion, I hope this should only be in 1 video. It shouldn't be split into 2 parts like this, it's a bit annoying. Since this is a complete and comprehensive guide to Red Velvet, it's normal for it to be a video that's an hour long. Moreover, this is a rather sensitive time to make a guide, as SM announced Red Velvet's activities in 2023 including a 3rd full studio album, a World tour, and Wendy's comeback. I don't know if anyone has any new information, but at the moment it is quite vague about when it happens. We want to let newcomers know Red Velvet's latest information before the concert, but also don't want the guide will get outdated quickly because of upcoming albums. Anyway, thank you so much for making a guide!
