I want the scout bobber with the sportster’s headlight. Personal touch to me
Always had little hot rod sportsters. After riding an indian bobber limited i wont ever go back
🇦🇺😎👍
@@bigtrev761 ✌🏻♥️
Bobber here 🖤
This shouldnt be a video made by someone who has 1.5k followers, very good, well put together video. Your initial reason for not being happy about the 2022 release, would now not be a problem with the tech levels introduced to 2025 models
Yep we finally got what we wanted. I should be devoting more time to videos, but alas life responsibilities call.
those led’s are sick
Both are cool. I have an Indian but I’ll ride with anyone. Harley bros are definitely down.
Indian
Hey that's us! :)
Sure is :)
Indian all day.
*What kind of feedback is the bike giving you when rolling on snow?* Does ABS come on frequently?
A lot of rear tire slippage and I wasn’t using the break heavy enough to engage abs because that would be a disaster.
@@TheMotoScout Good to know. Thanks.
*It's a thing to see when a manufacturer keeps an eye on what accessories sell and then incorporate these into "next year's" bike.* H-D did that for its Sportster during the twenty-teens with variants that may have been short-lived but did sell. If I had bought a Bobber, I would've have turned it into something that looks like a Rogue. Now I can just buy that.
Definitely. I’m looking forward to seeing them advance the scout model further and just offer accessories for the bike rather than 4 versions of the same bike.
Was looking for various angles on the fairing and how well it functions on the bobber, instead I got 1 side view and some guy's helmet and indian shirt 🥱🥱 guess I'll keep searching.
Scout
Which is more reliable is it like comparing Toyota to Honda reliability but for American bikes ?
Indian...
Damn.... im a stereotype....
Bought one, love it
Indian
Harley
Love the Rogue......Bought one.....Love the Rogue more.....
Awesome 👏🏻
cool helmet
Thanks ❤
I am thinking of adding a Rogue to the tribe.
Awesome
I came across your video about the scout rogue, it was awesome. Continue to do videos man, it was refreshing. I just sub 👍
Thanks! 🙏🏻
He definitely likes the pain of the seat and shocks.
Not anymore. And I just returned from a 6,000 mile trip on my scout.
Indian 100%. Sportster is very ugly imo with that tacked on fuel tank. Sportster also has a pathetic motor with like no power. They do sound good though I'll give them that.
The Indian kicks the Sporster's ass on performance, it's not even close. Looks are subjective, but I like the Scout Rogue, the Sportster is cool though. The new Nighster is about as good as the Scout on performance, but it's looks aren't nearly as good.
Harley! The sound just… 🤯
Awesome 👍. That looks like an amazing place to camp and relax
Indian
I personally don't care about tech. I'd like to see more performance options. Big bore kits, heads, cams etc. to match Harley's stage 1, 2, 3 kits.
Why would anyone buy an Indian over a HD?
While I doubt this is a genuine question the answer is numerous depending on who “anyone” is. The real question is, “Why do guys feel the need to worship bike brands to the point of mocking what someone else rides?” I know personally I have no interest in almost anything in the HD lineup.
@@TheMotoScout I wasn't mocking anyone, just a genuine question from someone he is not a bike expert. I know that Indian can't claim tradition and history as they stopped building bikes for decades. Now the big company who owns Indian and used to own Victory bikes too decided to shut down Victory as they were a company with no historical background at all, just a good bike company....and they decided to go with Indian as they supposedly claim some kind of history as they started building bikes even before HD. So far so good but...with HD the bikes are a natural evolution from one year to the next for over 110 years and Indian just came up with a few models that have little relevance to the bikes built originally. Having said that they still "claim history" by obviously marketing the bikes as the old Indian company that makes bikes since 1906 or whatever year...but they aren't really that company as they didn't work through thick and thin, they just shut down and the bikes even look from behind like some cheap Japanese bikes (the back of the scout looks like a Honda Rebel), which is a bit of a joke when someone wants to buy an original looking American bike (especially here in Europe and pay a lot of money for it). So yes, it was a genuine question and if you can shed some light on some facts I might have missed as I am not an expert. I just read up on it quite a bit and there are a few drawbacks to buying an Indian although it's a nice looking bike, alongside with the fact that there aren't too many dealers here in Europe if we run into trouble, which is never the case with HD. Thanks in advance
@@zafira976 there are holes in your understanding of the history. Harley was owned by a bowling ball company for a while after changing hands and going through a rough patch. Side by side Indian is building better motorcycles right now in my opinion and if you’ve been to a HD dealer lately in the US other than the rare few that still prioritize the customer, you’d know why Indian is at the top of the competition for HD in the US. Polaris is a great American brand, and I’m glad to see what they are doing with Indian as well as staying connected to the roots of the brand that began in 1901. Competition for both companies is a good thing and in the end will hopefully continue to produce a great lineup of motorcycles for consumers.
@@TheMotoScout Thank you very much for the inside and yes you are right, there are holes in my knowledge and understanding of the history of both brands. Thanks for shedding some light. Are the Indian bikes very reliable in your experience/opinion? I am just concerned of who would be able to fix/repair these bikes here in Southern Europe as people got zero experience with this bike brand. How reliable are Indian bikes?
@@zafira976 I can’t speak to every model as I’ve only lived with and owned the Scout Bobber, but I’m currently on a 5,000 mile trip that will take my 2019 model over 40,000 miles. I would say it’s highly reliable and I’ve had no major issues to date. Any bike properly maintained should last you a lifetime. Most maintenance is easy and can be done yourself and a dealer isn’t needed. I find a good bike mechanic much more feasible and helpful than a dealer any day. Most of the dealers are filled with “mechanics” that take video courses and then go to work on bikes having little experience anyway. I’ve had way more issues with dealers than with a good mechanic.
Bought a full black Rogue last May. It is definately a fun ride! I love it.
Awesome. Glad you are Enjoying it!
Nise vidio
The ROGUE bike is my Dream Project and with these features I will buy the same and recommend all Bike Lovers.
Super bike 🔥
Indian is the future
I own a HD, ride what makes you happy!
Softtail standard is the next upgrade after a scout 1200
@@TheAnnoyingBoss then you’ll have to deal with the Indian Chief
Can't wait to check out the Rogue Scout. Thanks
Awesome. Let me know what you think when you do
For 30 years I have been into sport bikes and had one up until recently. I went with a friend to a dealership a couple hours away so he could pick up his new KTM Duke 890 and the dealer also had Indians. This was my first time really seeing the Indian lineup and when I sat on the Rogue it was like no other cruiser I had ever experienced before. Now I have a 2023 Rogue in all black and absolutely love the bike.
That’s awesome! And congrats on your new bike!
Ridden one last week. Amazing machine, lovely engine and the build quality is amazing
17k for that bike hell no
Well you could almost buy a sportster for that instead 🤣
I got my bike from the same dealership!!
Nice!
I’ve had a few Harleys and when I saw this bike I fell in love with it I haven’t went to the dealer and sat on one yet but I showed my wife a video of one and she said buy one I love the fat boy but I’ll tell you what that rogue is a nice bike and the price point is right on they’re going to kill Harley Davidson.
Awesome. I look forward to hearing about what you think about it.
Indian.
I think the Scout is a great bike to customize w a bigger front wheel and the mini apes or a new seat and pipes. So all the complaints about some models not having LED lights. Go to any chrome shop at a big truck stop and you can exchange any halogen lights for LED and even customize with more LEDs or ground effects and I recommend the strobe brake lights as well. It’s a small plastic box you hook to your brake lights that makes them flash when you apply brakes. That to me makes the ride safer. Oh about the Sportster, the new one is nothing like the former Sportster except it still has two wheels and the same name. Good or bad, who knows?
🎉🎉🎉🎉😊you are the man!!!!
Thanks bro!
Yesterday I went into an Indian dealership set on purchasing a brand new FTR. Saw a gray Rogue sitting outside and for shits and giggles I asked to test ride it. After my ride, I walked back into the dealership, walked past the FTR, and placed an order for a Bronze Pearl Rogue. The Rogue felt perfect.
Awesome and congrats!
Hey,is that Indian of Monmouth/Jersey shore ,great dealership with great people, enjoy your ride!
Indeed it is! Thanks man!
Going to look at the scout sixty and the rogue tomorrow. I got the loan approval today and I couldn't be happier. I fell in love with the scout when I saw it on the website, but I have been told the mini apes on the rogue make the ride a lot better.
Definitely. I love my mini apes
