Been a year after this video and this is still a problem for Minecraft

Try going into settings, created, and delete old log files. You should then be able to sign in normally. It worked for me just now at least.

@@sebas9938 I’m not sure what it does technically. But nothing seems like it got deleted from my world saves and texture resource packs.
Damn the fact that so many people have had this issue and I can’t find one person commenting a solution is very sad, I just wanted some nostalgia and I can’t even get on with the boys 😢

I lost access to the account my Microsoft was linked to! And I want to link to the one I CURRENTLY use. Which I cannot because of Microsofts middle finger to PSN users. Switch doesn't have this issue. This is all Microsoft.

Almost a year later, and Microsoft still hasnt gotten around to fix this years old bug. Example No. 9589494738383 of how Minecraft developers are lazy. If anyone is still having this issue like myself, then at this point, then unfortunately you can either make a whole new account and start from scratch or just switch to Java on PC.
