@@charlessun9360 mine is 1 piece, it’s harder to travel with and store but the sensitivity of the rod is much better. Just make sure you check with the staff whether they have 1 or 2 piece rods. you may have to adjust size to get a 2 piece depending. Good luck!!

yea i thought so as well. Yea this was last weekend! Awesome to catch some pelagics in winter! Definitely more of a grind tho many blank sessions trying to find them.

since we are fishing waters 6-8 meters deep im just dropping the lure down the the bottom and hopping along the bottom. (this works for the areas i was fishing as schools of trevally would come though and there are always lots of pinkes too and the occasional other species.)

similar yes, but this was casting into bust ups they aren’t that visible but you could also see distant fish jumping chasing whitebait. probs tailor or salmon
