The video was shot not about lubrication, but about the design features of this particular unnamed chuck, which I had not previously encountered in practice. The small satellite gear must be removed first before the rear plate can be removed. The locking screw is unscrewed and ... the gear does not fall out of its axis socket. And blocks further disassembly of the lathe chuck.

This drilling machine was purchased to make about 30 holes with a diameter of 12 mm in horizontal I-beams at a height of 4.5 meters. Holes at the bottom. The price of work by an independent contractor is more than the cost of a new drill :) But I think that Bosch will still work. Mechanically very well done, advanced electronics and fool proof. для 16 мм2 сечения кабеля, более чем, но медяха пружинит прилично. С китайскими жлыгами из базовой комплектации сварочника и рядом не стояло. На 9 горелке раскрутил тугую заводскую свивку косичек, выкинул 2 из 7 косиц, вообще сопля, сползает с плеча или руки под своим весом. Теперь 17 висит на стенке за ненадобностью.

в одном из роликов на тему сборки гриндера, дал ссылку на сайт американского парня, разработавшего гриндер и продающего чертежи. (глянул ссылку, это он конечно) В общем, IMHO, они стоят каждого доллара и экономят кучу времени. Все фигурное резал у соседей на плазморезе из 8 мм. Добавил пару мелких усовершенствований и металл немного другого ассортимента

Упор на линейке, после выставления длины отпила, и зажима заготовки, надо отодвигать. Второй скользящий упорчик рядом с основным надо приделать. Штатный прижим заготовок из толстого чугуна (губки), зажимает надежно, это не китайская штамповка из жести, сама пила весит 23 кг. Отпил падает под своим весом. Диск заказал на 72 зуба с лазерными антивибрационными прорезями хитрой формы, штатный на 62 вибрирует ощутимо, когда рез идет по горизонтали. Видел и на 90 зубьев, но ценник негуманный и скорее всего количество перезаточек зубьев ограничено их размером.

@@bruttoferrum уже несколько лет режу пилой Bosch GCD 12, прижим там такой же конструкции, но более китайский по исполнению. Под 45 утаскивает. За 3 года умотал 1 диск, сейчас два дешевых аналога по очереди использую (305мм, 60 зубов), до 100 баксов стоит. Меньше ходит до заточки, но не в два раза. Конечно, зависит от того, что пилить. Решил делать зону распила, с пили только голову взять, механизм сделать как на пилах по дереву и зажим с двух сторон как пилах с редуктором. Диск будет ходить дольше явно.

@@Tony-Smith-kr оставлю только для чернухи. Думал и для нержи диск взять, но градусная точность не устраивает. Может быть сделаю с угловым редуктором и трехфазником с нормальными тисками. Жизнь покажет короч, надо или нет. Больше стыковка труб под углом и врезки парят на нерже

@@bruttoferrum как-то сомнительно что на таких оборотах и насухую по нержи будет хорошо диск работать. Лучше, действительно, пилу с редуктором. И уши не страдают и риск что что-нибудь куда-нибудь отстрелит несравнимо ниже)
