నమస్కారం sir.. నేను గత 10 సంవత్సరాలుగా ధ్యానం చేస్తున్నాను.నేను ప్రతీ రోజూ 2 గంటలు ధ్యానం చేసేవాడిని.బాగానే ఉండేది.కానీ గత నాలుగు నెలలుగా ధ్యానం ప్రతి రోజూ 7 గంటలు చేస్తున్నాను. ఇప్పుడు నాకు వొళ్ళంతా దురదలు గా వుంది అక్కడక్కడ దద్దుర్లు కూడా వచ్చాయి.అందువల్ల ధ్యానం రోజూ ఒక గంట మాత్రమే చేస్తున్నాను.సలహా చెప్పండి.Thank you sir
