Hey man, this is very helpful for me as I’m about to try and diagnose a boost leak on my 2001. Once the turbos spool up I can hear a roaring in the back like I have a leak. I’m also due for plugs so will be knocking it out at the same time. Your car sounds amazing. Speedtech exhaust?

If there's excessive oil in the turbos I'd be more concerned about the turbos themselves than about boost leak - especially if the boost pressure is low.
You’re right, but the reason for the oil was I overfilled when doing an oil change...boost pressure is just fine at 1.1 barr

Good job on the boost leak testing, nice :) Just did mine again last week and changed the gaskets on the intercooler hoses. it's on my channel, nice and tight now 1.4 bar.

Uhmmm... how does that even hold pressure...would have thought air would leak past intake/exhaust valves faster than that little compressor could keep up??
Is it actually leaking past the intake/exhaust valves? Probably not. They aren’t open at the same time, so the air is either stuck in the cylinder or doesn’t make it to the cylinder

What did you do to the tail lights?
tinted the white part. i have since removed the tints tho, i like stock better

Results are that the car runs better with new plugs and coils. I’m not 100% confident in my boost leak test so I’m going to do it again in the spring. Cheers

Those sound excellent! How loud are they inside the car?
They are pretty loud but not too bad. Honestly they sound so good that i always want to roll my windows down even in the cold. Highly reccomend
What kind of tips did you use?
Theyre the 4" "sound egnineered"tips i believe. From speedtech
remap the ecu should get you 520 bhp
