I've watched the movie and the musical and of course some parts of the movie were missing from the musical, so THANK YOU for pointing out that Jenna was angry at some point and to me that climax is where she really expresses her sadness and her anger. Finally someone who understand that the climax part isn't all about Jenna just being sad, I'm sure Mori also knows that she's also mad that's why her growls were very necessary to some parts, but other reactors do not see that, they're all on about the sadness. That part where she puts in a growl in the 'GETS USED' part made me see flashbacks from the movie where Jenna's husband were doing terrible things.
