FULL Solving The Homeless Crisis With Temporary Housing
Today, Paul once again talks to David Hughes of Fuse Architects. This time they discuss temporary planning permission for modular housing units. David explains how using this approach would enable families who are often living together in a tiny B&B room to be properly housed in just 6 months. He also talks about why it makes financial sense for councils to use this method to increase housing stock in their area.

Barring a couple of areas, profit & local setting of standards, it appears to me that the difference between yourself and KM is fairly nuanced, you should applaud KM for getting discussion on housebuilding into the main stream. Having been in the construction industry for over 50 years I agree that we need better skills training and a stronger SME sector, the deterioration in both can be traced back to changes made by government in the 80's.

38:45 totally agree. That is exactly what the definition of Grey Belt should be, not the current proposed definition which includes PDL. There are plenty of green fields of low environmental and agricultural value that can be transformed into high-quality sustainable developments.
Very good podcast. I specially enjoyed the bit about energy, vibrations and frequency, as it is something that I have been actively working on myself. Definitely something not to be ignored.
