Hi my friends mixer is used as an example of not cleaning a mixer. My system does work if used each time after use. Please check my other video on mixer cleaning, I have owned and used that Belle Maxi Mix for over 20 years, the barrel is still clean with no dents, hope this helps.

Hi the goop/resin I used was very thick and well past its best, a fresh batch is thinner and soaks into the CSM quicker making "wetting out" faster and easier.

Good advice, they could sit and watch it spin when there is nothing good on tv.

If a stove is burning right almost all the ashes will be self consumed, also can be raked through the inlet slots using a metal wire off a bucket handle. When finished and cooled off simply tip them out.

That's good advice but I am filling latex/fibreglass moulds, the diesel would destroy the latex

@@howdoyoudo2927 Yes so True,only cement or concrete or timber formwork,Im a Bricklayer,and my mixer looks like new after 5 years-hot tip when its hot,and your mud (cement) goes off to quick,add a little lemonade soda in your cement,this slows down the drying process, giving you more time, on those fiddly jobs

No professionals just rinse it between each batch. The rinse water becomes the water for the next batch.

I think this was around 4 hours but it depends on the mix and conditions. Best to keep trying, too early and the roller picks up the cement.

Some silicone works and others remain sticky on the hands. Best to try a small amount first before, the amount of soap is also important. I believe it is 100% silicone (silicone No1 in America).

Hi I believe 100% silicone No1 is the best silicone to use in the US. I cannot advise on resin casting.
